Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care, health, and wellness products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Opened wellness products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a customer preference change, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or a damaged item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
