Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery times are generally 4 to 15 business days and include two stages:

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days

During this stage, your order is prepared, checked, packaged and confirmed by our team.

Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days

Delivery time depends on your location. It refers to the time it takes for your package to travel from our international logistics center to your delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed.

Any cancellation request made after this time may not be accepted, as order processing may have already begun.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
